Return & Refund Policy

At Design 29 Creates, every item is made to order and customized specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, refunded, or exchanged. Custom products are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including:

  • Spelling, names, dates, and other personalized information
  • Design selections
  • Shirt size, color, and style
  • Shipping address

Design 29 Creates is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer after an order has been approved or placed.

If We Make a Mistake
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if the error is determined to be ours, we will replace the item once we receive your return. Please note: customer is responsible cost of return shipping. 

Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to differences in screen displays, printing processes, and garment materials. These variations are considered normal and are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
